The Blue Jeanie is an electric vapouriser with an adjustable temperature dial. When you vapourise, the herb is heated to release the active ingredient and you toke a mist but when you burn, unhealthy chemicals are releashed...so if you can vapourise. To use the Blue Jeanie unscrew the glass bowl, place your herb on the brass head, replace the bowl and set the temp and enjoy.
